Modern AI Governance Clause

4. AI & Source Code Confidentiality Guarantee

Our City Nirman takes an unequivocal, uncompromising stance on Artificial Intelligence training and code privacy:

Zero Public Model Training: Your source code, technical architectures, business logic, wireframes, and proprietary database schemas are NEVER ingested into public Large Language Models (LLMs) such as public OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini training sets.
Isolated Enterprise Enclaves: Where client deliverables involve AI integrations, we deploy isolated, client-owned cloud tenant models (such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI private instances, or self-hosted open-weights models) governed by strict zero-retention data policies.
100% Intellectual Property Assignment: Upon completion of milestones and final settlement, all custom developed source code, design assets, and documentation belong exclusively to the Client.

5. Technical Safeguards & Cloud Security

We employ comprehensive technical and organizational measures (TOMs) aligned with ISO 27001 principles:

  • Encryption Standards: Data in transit is enforced via TLS 1.3 with HSTS headers. Persistent client records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 algorithms.
  • Access Segregation: Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and hardware Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) govern developer access to internal infrastructure.
  • Automated Vulnerability Audits: Continuous dependency scanning (OWASP compliance) to detect and remediate package vulnerabilities before deployment.
  • Environment Isolation: Staging, quality assurance, and production environments are strictly air-gapped on distinct virtual private clouds (VPCs).

6. Cookies & Transient Telemetry

Our City Nirman uses minimal, non-invasive cookies. We do NOT deploy third-party advertising tracking pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok tracking, or invasive behavioral retargeting cookies).

Browser storage is limited to:

  • theme (localStorage): Remembers your aesthetic preference (Dark Mode or Light Mode).
  • Session tokens (sessionStorage): Transient state to render inquiry confirmations without URL data exposure.
  • Cryptographic Salted IP Hashes: Transient tokens to enforce anti-spam rate limits (max 5 inquiries/hour).

For detailed disclosures, please review our dedicated Cookie & Local Storage Policy.

7. Sub-Processors & International Data Transfers

We do not sell personal data to data brokers or third parties. We share data only with trusted sub-processors under rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):
